Nassau County Firecom Retirement Walkout for Assistant Chief Fire Marshall Placilla 07/23/2021

On Friday July 23rd, Members of the Nassau County Fire Marshal’s Office, Nassau County Firecom, Bayville Fire Company, and other departments of the 5th Battalion assembled together to participate in a ceremonial walk-out in honor of the retirement of Assistant Chief Fire Marshal Tim Placilla. ACFM Placilla served in the Nassau County Fire & Rescue Services (Firecom) for 26 years, with over 10 years being served as Assistant Chief Fire Marshal for Fire & Rescue Services. ACFM Placilla is also an active member and Ex-Chief (1998-1999) of Bayville Fire Company. Congratulations to ACFM Placilla on his numerous years of service and we wish him the best in retirement.
