Albertson House Fire 04/29/2023

On Saturday, April 29th at approximately 3:00p, the Albertson Fire Company was dispatched to a report of smoke in the house on Nassau Dr. 2nd Assistant Chief Janowitz [803] was quickly on scene along with Engine 806 and upon investigation, a fire was found between between the basement and 1st floors and the alarm was resounded with mutual aid requested. 2 lines were stretched with 1 placed into operation to extinguish the fire while crews checked for extension. With the assistance of crews from Roslyn Highlands, East Williston, and Carle Place, the fire was placed under control in approximately 30 minutes.
