Franklin Square & Munson Building Fire 05/17/2020

On Sunday May 17th at just before 5:30a, the Franklin Square & Munson Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a building fire at Country Arts in Flowers on Hempstead Turnpike. Units quickly arrived on scene to find fire in the rear of the building as well as 2 vehicles involved and a Signal 10 was transmitted. Engine 712 was first due and stretched the initial attack line to the fire. Multiple lines were stretched and placed into operation to extinguish the fire which rose to a 2nd alarm.
