North Bellmore House Fire 01/02/2021

On Saturday, January 2nd at 1:20a, the North Bellmore Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a electrical fire on Lincoln Blvd. Chief of Department Marschall [6500] was quickly on scene and transmitted a Signal 98. Upon further investigation fire was found in the walls of the second floor and the alarm was upgraded to a Signal 10. Additional units quickly arrived on scene and stretched at least 1 line to extinguish the fire. Truck crews opened up the wall to check for any further extension. The fire was placed under control in approximately 30 minutes.
