Syosset House Fire 10/25/2021

On Monday, October 25th at 11:48p, the Syosset Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a basement fire on North St. Chief of Department Silver [5800] quickly arrived on scene and transmitted a Working Fire for confirmed fire in the basement with a residential sprinkler activated. First due units stretched the initial attack line to quickly knock down the remainder of the basement fire. With the assistance of crews from East Norwich, the fire was placed under control in less than 30 minutes.
