Roslyn MVA with Overturn 06/12/2022

On Sunday, June 12th at just before 10:30p, the Roslyn Rescue and Roslyn Highlands Fire Companies were dispatched to an MVA with reported overturn and entrapment at the intersection of Mineola Ave and Powerhouse Rd. Highlands Lieutenant Azoulay [5904] and Highlands 1st Assistant Chief Unger [5901] both quickly arrived on scene and confirmed a 2 car MVA with 1 overturned and all occupants out of the vehicles. Crews from both companies worked to secure both vehicles while the occupant of one of the vehicles was evaluated by EMS. The scene was quickly placed under control with units released from the scene in approximately 20 minutes.
