Glen Cove Inspection Dinner 09/14/2019

On Saturday, September 14th, the Glen Cove Fire Department held their annual Inspection of Members & Apparatus at the Glen Cove Firehouse. Members were inspected on apparatus & member readiness, as well as percentage of company members present. Congratulations to Chemical Engine Company on winning Best Appearing and Pacific Engine Company on Highest Percentage. In addition to the usual awards, Ex-Captain Donald Ellison of Engine & Hose Company 4 was also awarded 50 years of service to the department with numerous citations received from various governmental organizations.
