Lynbrook Engine 421 Wetdown 11/21/2021

On Sunday November 21st, Engine Company #1 of the Lynbrook Fire Department held a wetdown ceremony for the new Engine 421, a 2021 Spartan Pumper. Replacing a 2003 Seagrave, the new 421 pays tribute to every previous apparatus the company has used by incorporating designs elements from each apparatus. In front of company members, department members, neighboring departments and friends, a brief ceremony was held before the new 421 was formally wet down by the company’s 1927 Aherns-Fox with assistance from TL427, E443 & E445.
