East Rockaway Building Fire 08/08/2019

On Thursday, August 8th at just before 1am, the East Rockaway Fire Department was dispatched to a report of smoke coming from a building on Main St. Units quickly arrived on scene and transmitted a “Signal 10” for active fire in the restaurant. Engine 404 was first due and stretched a total of 2 lines to combat the fire. The fire was contained to the original storefront.
