Oceanside House Fire 12/29/2021

On Wednesday December 29th at 4:11p, the Oceanside Fire Department was dispatched to a reported house fire on Frederick St. Units quickly arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the garage and upon further investigation, a Signal 10 was transmitted with active fire in the garage of the house. at least 2 lines were stretched to extinguish the fire which was contained to the garage. With the assistance of crews from Freeport & Baldwin, the fire was placed under control in approximately 45 minutes. All operations were under the direction of Chief of Department Caroccia [241].
