Freeport MVA 12/23/2021

On Friday, December 24th at approximately 3:45p, the Freeport Fire Department was dispatched to a reported car vs building with Pin on South Ocean Ave. Chief of Department Sotira [2100] was quickly on scene and found a vehicle stuck on an HVAC unit with the front of the vehicle off the ground. The 2 occupants inside the vehicle were unable to remove themselves with the vehicle being unstable. Crews from Rescue 2172, Engine 214 and Engine 216 worked together to stabilize the vehicle and safely remove the occupants in approximately 10 minutes.
