Freeport 3rd Alarm House Fire 10/30/2019

On Wednesday, October 30th at just after 4:30p, the Freeport Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a house fire on Locust Ave. Freeport Chiefs as well as Engines 211 & 216 quickly arrived on scene finding fire on the 2nd floor & attic. First arriving units stretched the initial line off Engine 211 with 3 total lines stretched to extinguish the fire. The fire was quickly knocked down with extensive overhaul completed.
