Mineola House Fire 12/23/2021

On Thursday, December 23rd just before 6:30p, the Mineola Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a Stove Fire on Wellington Rd. 1st Assistant Chief Magalhaes [1601] was quickly on scene and transmitted a Signal 10 (Working Fire) for active fire in the kitchen. Engine 162 was first due and stretched 1 line to extinguish the fire. The fire was quickly placed under control with units released from the scene in under an hour.
